1. Food Product Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or consumed food products cannot be returned. Returns may be accepted only in eligible cases such as damaged packaging, wrong item delivered, expired product delivered, or verified quality issue reported within the required timeline.

2. Eligible Return or Replacement Cases

  • The product received is damaged, leaked, torn, or tampered with.

  • The wrong product or wrong quantity was delivered.

  • The product delivered is past its expiry date.

  • The order is missing an item, subject to verification.

3. Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any damage, wrong item, missing item, or quality concern within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

4. Proof Required

To process a return, refund, or replacement, we may ask for clear photos or videos of the outer package, shipping label, invoice, product pouch, batch details, and the issue being reported. Please keep the product and packaging until the matter is resolved.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Product has been opened, used, consumed, or not stored properly after delivery.

  • Customer ordered the wrong product or changed their mind after dispatch.

  • Taste, texture, or preference-related concerns where the product is not defective.

  • Damage caused after successful delivery.

  • Return request raised after the 48-hour reporting window.

6. Replacement Process

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement of the same product, depending on stock availability and courier serviceability. Replacement dispatch timelines may vary by location.

7. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method within 7 to 10 business days after verification. Actual credit time may depend on the bank, card issuer, wallet, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted only before the order has been packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot usually be cancelled. If cancellation is approved, refund processing timelines will apply.

9. Refused or Failed Delivery

If an order is refused, rejected, or returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or unreachable contact number, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

10. Final Decision

All return, replacement, and refund approvals are subject to verification by the Ryecc team. Ryecc reserves the right to decline claims that are incomplete, unsupported, fraudulent, or outside policy terms.
