Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may take slightly longer to process.
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team may contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.

4. Shipping Charges

6. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be chargeable, depending on the situation.
7. Damaged or Tampered Shipment
If your package appears damaged, leaked, opened, or tampered with at delivery, please do not accept it. If you notice the issue after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos of the package, invoice, and product.

If any item is missing from your order, please contact customer care within 48 hours of delivery. We may request order details, unpacking proof, product images, and courier packaging images to investigate.
